Alumni Awards Program: Nomination Form

Before submitting a nomination, please be sure to review the award descriptions and criteria (if you have not already done so). For a nomination to receive full consideration, the following form must be completed, including a recommendation statement describing, in some detail, why the nominee is deserving of an award. Self-nominations will not be considered. Alumni can only be nominated for one award each year. The nomination deadline is Friday, Dec. 5. Recipients will be celebrated at an in-person reception in Binghamton on April 25, 2026.

DeFleur Distinguished Young Alumni Award will be selected from one of this year's prestigious BOLD 10 Under 10 Award Recipients. Submit a BOLD 10 Under 10 nomination.
